Before asking questions, make sure your study is ready so AI Chat has enough context to work with.

You can get started with just a few quick steps:

1. Import your recordings into Optimal Interviews. Once processed, transcripts and automated insights will be generated.
   ‍
2. Review automated insights in the Insights section under Results to get a sense of key themes and areas worth exploring further.
   ‍
3. Ask a specific question in AI Chat to dig deeper into a theme, feature, or moment.
   ‍
4. Review results. Each AI Chat response includes short clips or quotes to back up the new insights.
   ‍
5. Bookmark and share. Save an Insight in AI Chat and copy and share more widely with your team and stakeholders.
