What is the maximum number of participants that can respond to my survey?
There are no limits on the number of participants that can respond to a Treejack survey. However, we have experienced issues in the past with very large surveys - surveys with more than a few thousand participants. If you think you might run into a problem, please send us the details of your proposed survey and we can discuss it. Send your query to support@optimalworkshop.com
In general, we don't recommend organizing a survey with more than 1000 participants. The results will become increasingly difficult to interpret, and very few insights will be gained that could not have been with just a few hundred participants.
If you find that a surprising number of people respond to your survey and you are having trouble viewing the results, don't panic, your data is not lost. Please email support and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
