What are the limitations of a free Optimal Workshop account?

A free Optimal Workshop accounts let you explore all three Optimal Workshop applications: Treejack, Chalkmark and OptimalSort. You can sign up for a free Optimal Workshop account at http://www.optimalworkshop.com.

We have designed the free account so that you can evaluate all of the functions of the Optimal Workshop applications, but it is equally well suited to running small surveys, so long as you don't need to go beyond the following limitations:

OptimalSort

• Ten participants per survey
• 30 cards per survey
• On the final page of your survey, participants will see an Optimal Workshop banner.

Chalkmark

• Ten participants per survey
• Three tasks per survey
• On the final page of your survey, participants will see an Optimal Workshop banner.

Treejack

• Ten participants per survey
• Three tasks per survey
• On the final page of your survey, participants will see an Optimal Workshop banner.

All of these limitations are removed when you upgrade to a paid account.

To upgrade to a paid account, visit the My Account screen when logged into your free Optimal Workshop account. If you don't have an Optimal Workshop account, you can sign up at http://www.optimalworkshop.com

If you collect results on an account with premium credit, your results will still be fully functional when your account reverts to a free account. In this way, the free account limitations only apply to LIVE surveys.
