What is my account name?

Your account name was chosen by you when you created your Optimal Workshop account. It is included in the URL that you send to survey participants, as shown here: https://accountname.optimalworkshop.com/treejack/survey/surveyname

How can I change my account name?

It is possible to change your account name, however, you will need to email Optimal Workshop support. You can reach us at support@optimalworkshop.com. Please include your existing account name or login email address in your message. You will also need to include the name that you would like to change your account to.

Please be aware that if the name you choose is already taken, you will need to choose another name. For this reason, you may wish to email us with a few candidate names that you would be happy with.

note: for security reasons, we will need to send a confirmation email to the account email address that is registered for the account
