Ask a Survey Question After Each Task

I'd like to suggest including the possibility to include a survey question after each TreeJack task. I saw that this was previously mentioned in 2010, but I'd like to reinforce that this would greatly help my team see WHY people are going where they are for each task.

   Hi Ian,

   What form would you expect this post-task question to take the form of? Just a textbox?

   We've also had people ask this question in the past because they want to ask a "mark how hard you found this question on the scale" type question. Would that be helpful to you? Or are you just interested in asking why people ended up where they did?

   And just to clarify a bit further: would you want to ask a different question for each task, or would you be asking the same question each time?

   Yes just a textbox like the ones that you can put at the end of the test. I think a scale question would also be helpful, but for my team a textbox would be the most useful. We'd be asking people what difficulties they had when completing the task and what labels could have been better named. Unless there's a rare case where we'd want to ask a different follow-up question for a specific task, we'd usually just want to ask the same question for each task.
