Treejack on a Smartphone

I had a participant just tell me he tried to open my Treejack survey on his Android smartphone, but was unable to. Can you tell me why?

    Treejack doesn't use any special technology apart from Javascript. Assuming your participant had javascript enabled in his phone's browser he shouldn't have had any trouble - we're not currently aware of any problems affecting smartphones accessing Treejack surveys.

    If you can provide any further information that will help us to recreate the problem, we'd appreciate it.
