Can you embed a link within a pre-survey question?

I'm trying to embed a link that opens another window within a pre-survey question. Can this be done?

   Hi Aimee,

   Unfortunately, is not possible to embed a link in a pre-survey question.

   I am interested in hearing the reason for this request however as if there is good grounds it maybe be something we consider at a later date.
