TreeJack Slow Response

I recently launched a new TreeJack study and am experiencing extremely slow response time while using the application. I’m now receiving complaints from participants that it is taking them hours to complete tasks. I noticed that as I was adding tasks within the Tree Jack tool that the browser became slower and slower. Is there a limitation as to how many tasks you can add per study? The first study I launched had 37 tasks and we experienced no problems. This study has 40 tasks and it’s basically unusable.
Some additional information:
- I’m using IE6 and mostly all my participants are as well. -
When I tried to get into my TreeJack study this morning in the mode
where you can make changes and add tasks, it took over 2 minutes
for the page to load and was using over 80% of my CPU. I later
closed down the browser and tried again and could no longer access
it at all- I just had a blank browser window. - When I try
accessing it with Chrome and FireFox browswers, it works but is
extremely slow with every click of the mouse. - I created a new
TreeJack draft and am running into the same thing issue again with
slow response. I’ve also tried reducing the number of tasks
and this has not helped at all.
